Indigent Services Group, Inc. is an outreach organization, striving to meet the immediate needs of individuals facing food and housing insecurity.
Indigent Services Group's mission is to address issues of homelessness. Through our programs we distribute food and supplies to assist individuals and pets facing food and/or housing insecurity.
We are effective agents of change, providing greater quality of life and well-being to anyone facing a housing challenge.

Rosilend is a veterinarian and attorney who founded Indigent Services Group to address homelessness and its impacts on society. She conceived PUP Service Project to provide dignity and care to families and pets facing food and housing insecurity. Rosilend has always worked in public health. Previously, she worked at Johns Hopkins Hospital, served as Chair of the Animal Control Advisory Board at Baltimore Animal Rescue and Care Shelter and she owned a Mobile Veterinary Clinic for over 20 years. Currently, Rosilend is a Regulatory Counsel at the Food and Drug Administration. Rosilend is serving in her personal capacity.
Andrea has been involved in public service for more than 15 years. From her early work with Baltimore City Housing Authority, to her current activities providing shelter for at-risk individuals, community service is her passion. She is owner of McLawson Properties, a Maryland-licensed realtor, and currently works at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid.
Helping people is her passion. Paula served the residents of Baltimore City and Maryland for more than 45 years as a community activist, business owner, consultant, elected official, childcare regulator, and real estate agent. She founded the former Berea Outreach Center; held several positions in Baltimore City government and held membership in several community organizations. During her 16-year tenure in the Baltimore City Council, Paula provided outstanding leadership most notably in the East Baltimore Development Project. She is also a veteran having served 12 years in the U.S. Army Reserves. Paula continues her commitment to community serving as Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of the East Baltimore Community Corporation
Kate has supported and volunteered her time with organizations focused on community and economic empowerment, financial literacy, and educational advancement. She has supported animal welfare organizations for the past 30 years. Kate is co-owner of ArcSource Group, a management consulting company.
Carol is a passionate advocate for the disenfranchised and underserved communities in the metropolitan area. She founded Jade Enterprises in 2000 which provided job training and placement services to marginalized, at-risk residents and ex-offenders in Maryland and the District of Columbia for over 12 years. Carol currently is a training consultant for General Dynamics primarily serving the Veterans Administration and other governmental agencies.
